Kerry Watson- Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner

Hi, I’m Kerry! My work focusses on helping people build emotional resilience and regulate their nervous systems, so they can navigate life with more steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.

 

With over 13 years of formal training in Psychology, Mental Health, Therapeutic Interventions, NLP, yoga therapy, and somatic practices, I blend science-backed tools with a deeply human approach.

 

My work supports you in calming your inner world, rewiring old patterns, and responding to life from a more grounded place — even when things feel messy or overwhelming.

 

I’m also a mum of two wild-hearted boys, a spaniel lover, and someone who finds peace in long walks, muddy trails, and strong cups of tea. I know what it’s like to hold a lot — and I’m here to help you carry less.

A therapeutic blend of yin yoga, mental imagery, nervous system regulation, and emotional release practices designed to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshop
